New DX Coils Fitted to a old AHU Didsbury Manchester
Our client based in Towers Business Park, Didsbury, Manchester, did not have the capital budget to replace the entire AHU and mechanical services.
Royale provided a solution to replace the old chiller with a EER rating of only 2 and operating on R22, for new DX R410a inverter driven Daikin systems, complete with new R410a DX Coils to the AHU along with a major clean and refurb to the AHU, new local ductwork services and a full rebalance. Left site looking like new.
All works carried out to our clients budget and providing much needed improved energy running costs to this commercial office.
