Transforming a basement with AC and fresh air ventilation!

Earlier last year, we were delighted to hear from an existing client and a new project he had in the pipeline. The project was to transform an underground basement into a kickboxing gym in St Johns Wood high street, London.

We were asked to install ducted air conditioning throughout the basement with fresh air ventilation. We also supplied and installed the extract system for the toilet and showers. Simon Sheppard, Managing Director for Royale, said

"We initally started the work before lockdown last year, but then the project was put on hold and we completed earlier this year, ready for when gyms could reopen. It's an amazing space under a busy high street and we were delighted to be part of the project and provide a cooling system, using Daikin air conditioning, and fresh air ventilation in a gym underground."
