Requirement:

Royale’s scope of works was to supply install and commission new Daikin VRV systems to 88No bedroom 4* star hotel in Donnington.

Challenged by:

Works had to be undertaken whilst the site was live installing 1No VRV at a time to ten bedrooms, whilst all the other rooms were occupied.  Therefore Royale engineers had to work to a tight programme to enable site to function as normal. 

What we did:

Royale installed 9No Daikin VRV systems, providing 1No ducted fan coil to each bedroom complete with local ductwork and grilles and room controller, to a total of 88No bedrooms.  Each system consisted of approximately 10No ducted fan coils this is to avoid the need for refrigerant leak detection to be installed at additional capital cost to our client, each system was sized at 8>10 HP duty, installing VRV three pipe application to enable symaltaniouse heating and comfort cooling.
