Challenged by:

This was a new build project, Royale had to work to a tight programme to deliver the project on time and on budget for the main contractor, providing full co-ordinate mechanical drawings at each stage of the works right through to completion working alongside various other trades.

What we did:

Royale provided a SSSTS working team of engineers to continuously communicate to the project managers, each stage, and element of works across site, enabling the project to be completed snag free.

What Client Said:

Very impressed with how Royale executed the works considering the new build was built on an existing office development which was live, various access and egress restraints.  Royale provided first class project management to deliver the installation of there services.
