We’re proud to shine a light on one of our recent local projects — a full Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF installation at Fletcher House, Oxford.

Our team completed a two-floor climate control upgrade as part of a major office refurbishment, providing efficient heating and cooling across modern open-plan spaces and meeting rooms.

Project Overview

Located in the heart of Oxford, Fletcher House required a reliable and energy-efficient commercial air conditioning system that could deliver year-round comfort for staff and visitors.

Our engineers designed and installed a Mitsubishi Electric City Multi VRF system, known for its high performance, flexibility, and low running costs — the ideal choice for modern office environments across Oxford and Oxfordshire.

Scope of Works

• 56 Mitsubishi Electric VRF fan coil units installed throughout open-plan offices and meeting rooms
• 8 outdoor condenser units positioned to maximise system efficiency
• New insulated copper pipework, containment, and electrical supplies
• Combination of PAR room controllers and centralised control for full system management
• Safe decommissioning of the original equipment in line with F-Gas regulations
• Final commissioning, testing, and client handover with full manufacturer warranty

Working in a Live Building

All works were completed while Fletcher House remained fully operational. With careful planning and coordination, our engineers ensured minimal disruption to the client’s day-to-day operations — maintaining professionalism and safety at every stage.

The Outcome

The completed system delivers energy-efficient climate control, improved comfort levels, and easy management for the client’s facilities team — a great example of how our Oxford-based HVAC specialists deliver high-quality installations on time and on budget.
