Requirement:

Royale’s scope of works was to install and commission new Daikin VRV IV heat pump systems, throughout a large high end domestic property in Berkshire, consisting of 19No ducted fan coils across 4No VRV systems, complete with wireless remote controllers, and a central I touch screen controller.  To provide comfort cooling/heating. 

Challenged by:

Works had to be carried out in a high end residential property in a rural location in Berkshire, very limited space was available for our containment to be installed.

What we did:

Royale provided senior experienced engineers on the project who are used to working on this type of project, we provided high level project management to co-ordinate the installation of our services between the consultant, main contractor and client.

What Client Said:

Very happy with the end result, full comfort cooling and heating now available with local controls and a central controller to manage all AC plant on site.
