Meet the team
As well as our large team of fully qualified engineers we also have staff behind the scenes. Find out more about some of them below...
As a family business, I started working at Royale when I was 17 as an apprentice, I stayed at Royale for 10 years but then left with my brother to start our own business, primarily concentrating on air conditioning. We ran a successful air conditioning business for many years carrying out a wide variety of projects from small domestic to large industrial, during this time we accumulated a good customer base through workmanship and recommendation. In 2014 we were then approached to return to Royale, this was when both companies merged and Royale become a family business once again. Both myself and my brother now run the business whilst my father heads towards retirement with his feet up in Madeira.
In my spare time I enjoy renovating and tuning cars, also travelling the UK with friends racing around the best UK circuits such as Brands Hatch and Silverstone.
I joined the family business when I was 17 and worked for a number of years as an engineer before leaving to start an Air conditioning service and installation company with my brother. After building a successful business we had the opportunity of returning to Royale and merged both companies.
After 20yrs on the road as an engineer I now work in the office running the business with my brother.
Outside of work I enjoy football, boxing, music and travelling.
I started off at Royale as an Engineer Apprentice where I worked my way to Service Supervisor. In 2011, I left Royale to set up my own company and work for myself where I was able to gain invaluable business knowledge and contacts. During this time I was approached by Celtherm to become Project Manager, giving me an opportunity to learn a new aspect of the industry and gain a wealth of experience in designing and delivering cold room projects. I came back to Royale in 2017 where I'm now Commercial Director bringing in service contracts and project work - delivering some amazing installations!
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to gigs, keeping fit, playing and watching football and boxing.
I started at Royale when I was 16 years old, I have been at the company now for 28 years. I started as a apprentice working my way up to Senior Engineer, I am now Service Director and my role now is in the office to oversee the service department and the engineers.
In my spare time I enjoy playing cricket, golf and watching most sports
I have been working at Royale since 2015. Royale gave me the opportunity of working in the Accounts department just after I had completed my AAT Level 3, without any experience. With all the support and training acquired whilst working at Royale they have helped me grow in my career. I love my job and look forward to further progress.
In my free time I enjoy being around people, laughing, cooking and partying.
I joined Royale in 2019 after past experiences in admin and service roles. Since working at Royale I have witnessed that every day is not the same with different challenges to face. With the support and opportunity from Royale I have now gained a new role of Service Supervisor. I love my job and the team at Royale and am hoping to gain further opportunities going forward.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and also watching football and F1.
I joined Royale in 2016 from a background in training new staff at ING Direct UK and working as a Housing Officer at West Berkshire Council. It was a fresh challenge in a sector that was all new to me and every day is different as a Contracts Manager for Royale!
In my spare time I enjoy music, running, cycling and generally trying to keep the body ticking! I also keep myself occupied with football, NFL and Rugby - Pretty hard to keep track at times!
Business Development Manager
I started at Royale in 2021, bringing a wide range of skills and knowledge from a career in external and internal communications, marketing and event and project managment. As a new member of staff I am looking forward to life at Royale and the new challenges it has to offer.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, good food, live music, reading, being outdoors and pottering around at my allotment.
After leaving the printing industry of nearly 14 years, I joined Royale in 2014 to pursue a new career and have worked my way to Service Manager. I deal with the daily pre-planned works as well as the reactive service calls, it certainly makes life interesting at Royale! Working alongside a great team it has been great to see the company go from strength to strength.
Out of work I enjoy time with my family and have a passion for motorsport especially F1 and cooking.
